Chief Operating Officer
Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in executive leadership support, having held senior roles at companies such as ScotBio and Tata Steel. At ScotBio she led a range of strategic projects on behalf of the executive team and board, with a strong focus on engagement with stakeholders, corporate and patent attorneys and funding bodies.

Becky has 20 years of expertise in accounting, strategic planning, and financial compliance. Her leadership ensures robust financial governance and supports sustainable growth across all areas of the business.
Becky is a very experienced with entrepreneurs, start-ups and young companies.
Chara Dimitriadi Evgenidi PhD
Chief Scientific Officer
Chara is a skilled chemist and molecular biologist with hands-on experience across multiple biotechnology platforms. Her expertise enables her to contribute to diverse projects, from early-stage development to process optimisation.
Chara has strong leadership skills whilst exuding Greek warmth.
Dr Eve Bird
Chief Technology Officer
Eve received her PhD in molecular biology and brings over 20 years of industry experience in biotechnology, specialising in scale‑up & optimisation.
Eve is an also an independent consultant in waste stream valorization and served as R&I Director at Celtic Renewables.

He has worked with Fortune 500 companies in Europe, The Middle East, and The US.
Alexis Rojas Trejo BSc
Synthetic Biology Lead
Alexis is a recent biochemistry graduate from the University of Bristol.
He acts as the bridge between clients in the biosciences and the equipment engineering teams providing crucial background in synthetic biology and recombinant DNA technology.
Alexis is an avid climber.
Ed Nuttall MSc
Computer Science Lead
Ed received his MSc in Computer Science from Swansea University
Ed is heading up our programme to develop novel techno-economic tools.
He has exhibited his photography and acrylics in galleries and enjoys game development.

Dr Henry is a pioneering Cavapoo with a nose for discovery and a tail that never stops wagging for science. Holding a PhD in Molecular Sniffology, he’s renowned for his ability to embrace and support the quirky team.
